Adult Skills Development

Skills Development Services are teaching-based services that assist members to increase their independence. The program includes training in independent living skills, such as learning how to use public transportation, how to budget, and how to select and participate in educational, vocational and social activities.

Children’s Habilitation Services

Children’s Habilitation Services helps children diagnosed with Mental Retardation, Autism and any of the related Pervasive Developmental Disorders. It is a skill building program that starts with a comprehensive assessment of the child’s strengths and needs, and uses methods that support optimum retention of the child’s skills for maximum independence.

Children’s Targeted Case Management

Children’s Targeted Case Management is strength-based, family centered, community orientated, individualized and values the culture of the family. Case managers assist and empower the client and family to build on their own strengths and to improve the family’s structure and dynamics through a therapeutic process.

Adult Community Integration Services

A strength-based person-focused service. Case managers assist and empower clients and natural supports to augment quality of life and acquire independence. It is a process that collaboratively reviews and supports natural strengths and assesses and aligns community resources.

Adult Daily Living Support Services

Daily Living Support Services are designed to assist a member to maintain the highest level of independence possible. The services provide personal supervision and therapeutic support to assist members to develop and maintain the skills of daily living such as symptom management and community integration skills. The services help members remain oriented, healthy, and safe.

Adult MR Waiver Services

This program provides support to individuals receiving waiver services to enhance their ability to live as independently as possible to achieve goals including but not limited to community inclusion, skills building, activities of daily living skills, self-management of behavior, and health & medication management.
